What math subjects do you tutor?
We offer support in a wide range of subjects, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, volume, perimeter, area, multi-step word problems, measurement and data, prime numbers, common denominators, rounding, unit conversion, ratios and rates, percents, absolute value, exponents, linear equations, coordinate plane and graphing, pre-algebra, algebra, geometry, algebra II, trigonometry, probability, statistics, pre-calculus, and calculus.
Do you offer tutoring in subjects other than math?

How does your tutoring process work?
We typically begin with a free initial consult involving the student and parent/guardian. This helps us understand the student’s needs, identify the topics causing the most difficulty, and determine the best next steps.
Do you offer online or in-person tutoring?
Yes. Tutoring is expected to be available both online and in person.
What are your hours of operation?
Email correspondence is 24/7. You can text or email us any time, and we will reply as soon as possible.
Hours of operation for phone correspondence are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern time. If you call outside of standard hours and leave a message, we will reply as soon as possible.
Tutoring sessions can be scheduled after school, evenings, during the day, or on weekends. It depends primarily on your availability and the earliest spot we have free on our calendar.

Tutoring sessions will be scheduled in one hour or half-hour increments.
The free initial consult can last as long or as short as you wish. It is just a conversation to address any questions you may have and provide information. The free initial consult can be done in-person or by remote/virtual appointment.
Do you offer a free consult?
Yes. The initial consult with the student and parent/guardian is free.
How is payment handled?
Payment is collected up front before the tutoring session begins. NEO Math Tutoring also offers a 100% money-back guarantee. This helps us reduce our overhead costs by not needing accounts receivable, collections, etc. After the completion of any tutoring session, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason whatsoever, just request a refund and we will refund your full payment for that session.
We accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Credit / Debit Cards.

What is your pricing?
We are currently running a “New Student” special offering 45% off of all standard rates. This 45% discount is valid from the date of your initial tutoring session (not the free initial consult) until 90 calendar days after the date of that initial tutoring session.
Standard Tutoring Fees
K thru 6 Math = $45.00/hour
7 thru 9 Math = $55.00/hour
10 and above Math = $65.00/hour
Finance & Accounting = $85.00/hour
